This work is a stylish, cute, and magical story that was serialized in the girls' manga magazine Nakayoshi (Kodansha) from 2003 to 2007. It is a gem of a fantasy that has captivated many readers with its dazzling and thorough worldview, but it is also a work that asks the question, "What is truly important?", as it is imbued with the author's sincere feelings that "the manga we read as children leave a deep impression on our memories" and "we have a responsibility to them. We must think about nurturing the mental foundations of those who will become adults in the future."
