AMP of Ukraine is pleased to announce the release of a completely new 1/32 scale OH-6A Cayuse injection plastic kit.
The OH-6 is a small helicopter developed by Hughes Helicopters in the United States. Its official nickname is "Caiuse," but it is also known as "Roach," a derivative of the development plan name LOH (Light Observation Helicopter).
The OH-6, which first flew in 1963, has served in the military of many countries, including the United States, and is still in active service today.
In Japan, the OH-6J, licensed and produced by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, was introduced to the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force.
In addition, a civilian version, the MD 500, was developed based on the OH-6, and a total of approximately 6,000 OH-6s and MD 500s were produced. This aircraft is considered one of the world's most famous aircraft due to its small, lightweight, and sturdy body and excellent maneuverability.
The kit includes etched parts, paint mask stickers, 3D printed parts, and two types of US Army decals.
When completed, the rotor diameter will be approximately 251mm and the fuselage length will be approximately 203mm.
