Product Description

The history of the F-14 is displayed on an aircraft carrier deck measuring approximately 170cm in length.

[About the set]
This is a set of 13 items.
Each set includes a completed model of the F-14 Tomcat and a display base that recreates part of an aircraft carrier's flight deck.
Each display base set comes with a set of parts that represent the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, and when all the parts are fitted together like a puzzle, a deck measuring 170cm in length is completed.
Of course, it can be assembled and disassembled, making it convenient for storage.
Each deck part is pre-painted, and the catapult's jet blast deflector comes in two parts, one for deployment and one for storage, and is interchangeable.
The bridge section is an assembly type. The parts are pre-painted and assembly is done using a snap-together method without the use of adhesive. Not only the shape but also the exterior parts such as the antenna are realistically reproduced.
The top of the bridge is also screwed in so that it can be removed even after completion, so you can enjoy looking inside and adding illuminations.
In addition, each set (excluding the bridge section) includes a completed model of the F-14 Tomcat, approximately 10cm in length.
Each set features the markings of a different squadron.
The colorful tail markings from the high-visibility paint era are reproduced in minute detail using tampo printing.
The aircraft also features a variable wing that is a Tomcat's signature feature.
Place them on various parts of the deck to create the atmosphere of an aircraft carrier.
There are 12 different markings for the F-14 Tomcat, including the familiar Black Aces, Wolf Pack, Bounty Hunters, Swordsmen, Aardvarks, Top Hatters, Evaluators, Persian Cats, Jolly Rogers, Sundowners, Ghost Riders, and Tomcatters.
The sight of them lined up on the deck gives it the atmosphere of a Tomcat museum.
This is a must-have set for aircraft model fans and ship model fans alike.
