AKIBA LOST is a new live-action feature-length ensemble drama with multiple angles, a suspense game created by Izanagi Games, who took on the challenge of creating a cinematic game with Death Come True, and is a collaboration between Japan's leading terrestrial television station, Nippon Television, and drama production company AX-ON.
A zapping ADV in which you switch between Shinjo and six female characters to uncover the truth of the story.
The story is set in Akihabara, Japan's proud subculture town, and the protagonist, game creator Shinjo, has gathered six unique actors who represent Akihabara.
Winner of the Future category at the Japan Game Awards 2025.

◾️Synopsis
An unsolved case in which six girls disappeared in Akihabara 13 years ago.
Commonly known as "Akihabara Spiriting Away."

At the annual game show, Shinjo Daiki (played by Kitayama Hiromitsu), once known as a "genius creator," loudly announces the development of a new game based on the incident, "AKIBA LOST."
However, with the announcement, mysterious disappearances begin to occur again.

The cast members of the game include Shinjo Aoi, Shinjo's younger sister who works at a maid cafe, underground idol Nagato Kokone, gourmet writer Kurosu Moe, shrine maiden Jimbo Chihiro, cosplayer Yusa Wakana, and game streamer Kurahashi Yukimi. It's a diverse lineup that epitomizes Akihabara, Japan's proud subculture town.

However, the story they are supposed to be playing soon begins to encroach on reality. The trigger is a threatening phone call that Shinjo receives and Aoi's disappearance.

[Stop development of the game - or the tragedy will repeat itself.]

Will Shinjo be able to complete the game? Will he be able to protect his friends? Who is the culprit? And what is the truth behind what happened 13 years ago?
