[DLC Coated Stainless Steel File] is a stainless steel file with two grit sizes, made from martensitic stainless steel and DLC vacuum coating.
The lineup features two different sizes on both sides: #400+#800 and #600+#1200.
This single tool can handle everything from pre-processing to finishing, improving work efficiency and operational continuity.
The file body is made of high-hardness 420 series martensitic stainless steel, which combines excellent toughness and cutting power.
In addition, the entire surface of the file is coated with DLC.
It combines high hardness, low friction coefficient, heat resistance, and oxidation resistance, prevents rust, and can be washed with water.
The chipping process provides excellent cutting efficiency, allowing for smooth discharge of chips during cutting and effectively suppressing clogging.
There are safety surfaces on both sides of the file that have no cutting edges, preventing accidental scraping when polishing corners or adjacent surfaces.
In addition, the edges have been slightly chamfered to reduce the risk of injury without compromising operability.
This is an all-around stainless steel file that can be used for everything from coarse cutting to finish polishing.
