Product Description

This 1/18 scale resin model is a reproduction of the Fujitsu Ten Toms Carola No. 36, which competed in Class 3 of the 1991 JTC (All Japan Touring Car Championship).
The vehicle was driven by Masanori Sekiya and Hitoshi Ogawa.
It was a representative machine that livened up that year's JTC, competing fiercely with the Civics throughout the series and winning the fourth round at Sendai Highland Raceway in September.
The model is equipped with RAYS racing type (front: 5 spokes / rear: 4 spokes) 15-inch wheels (white).
We have reproduced every detail, from the interior and exterior to the body markings, based on 3D scanning of the actual vehicle (same model).
This car differs from the already released No. 37 car that competed in the JTC that same year in terms of the sponsor markings, including the air jack under the rear bumper and the headband design above the front window.
The product comes with a figure of Masanori Sekiya.
To create the model, 3D scanning of Sekiya himself was conducted, and an image of him clad in his special racing suit and appealing to fans was recreated.
Each figure is hand-painted and detailed by a professional modeler.
The background paper of the special package has Sekiya's autograph printed on it.
The surface of the base has red stitching that is different from the general release model, creating a luxurious feel.
