Product Description

This is the Porsche 918 Spyder & Carrera GT Set, a 1/43 scale handmade model car from the EIDOLON COLLECTION.
This product pairs two exceptional mid-engine Porsches: the 2004 Carrera GT and the 2011 918 Spyder, faithfully recreating the real thing.

Although the two cars share similarities, such as a midship layout and a CFRP center monocoque, the Carrera GT is actually a size larger, with a wheelbase that is 80mm longer and an overall length that is 134mm longer.
There are few opportunities to see the two cars side by side in real life, but with this product you can clearly see the difference.

In the model, the mesh of the rear engine hood is reproduced using etched parts, and the three-dimensional shape is created by pressing it to imitate the shape of the actual vehicle.
The powertrain visible through the mesh is also in relief, but is designed to be realistic.

The lights feature reflectors made from white metal and are chrome plated and painted to recreate the look of the actual vehicle.
The wheels have a sharp design based on a machined brass prototype, and the center lock and brake details have been carefully painted.
