Product Description

The sound of the waves. The setting sun. Memories of that day. Our place, at the top of a long staircase.

- Story
Koganei-so is an old share house located on a hill in Inamuragasaki, at the top of a 300-step stone staircase.
High school student Yuto Koganei has been protecting this house, where the presence of his deceased parents and grandfather still lingers, together with his grandmother Kiyo and younger sister Himena.
Residents Haru Aizawa and Kaede Nagase each had their own personal issues, but they continued to live their peaceful daily lives.

One day in early summer, a strangely specific acquisition offer was presented: [156,500,000,388 yen].

At the same time, a blonde girl named Ageha Kurosaki moved in.
From the very first day, she showed her audacious side by completely renovating her room at her own expense, but as soon as their communal living began, the residents were bewildered—Ageha always drained the bathtub before and after bathing. And even that, she tried to solve with money.
Koganei Apartments has seen an increase in residents with vastly different values.
A girl who [eats extra-large portions], an older sister who [is too good to be true], and a [golden storm].

Eventually, the shadows of each individual are revealed, along with precious memories that have quietly slumbered within this house.

As Kurosaki Ageha arrived, Koganei-so began to shake and creak...even time, which had been standing still, began to move again.

To overcome an unforgettable past and live in a present I don't want to forget.
A different summer than last year.

What will the residents find after the storm?
