Product Description
Race on the circuit with the AE86 Trueno packed with TRD parts!
The AE86 Trueno, which debuted in May 1983, deliberately adopted a rear-wheel-drive layout at a time when front-wheel drive was the norm, and also changed its engine from the previous 2T-G to the newly developed 4A-G.
Along with its sibling, the Levin, the body variations included two types: a 3-door hatchback and a 2-door coupe.
The model name changed depending on the engine; cars equipped with the 4A-G engine were called AE86, and those equipped with the 1500cc 3A-U engine were called AE85. Their popularity remains undiminished even today.
