Product Description
This book is a re-release of the art book published in 2016, with the text remaining the same but the cover design completely revamped.
Shin Ueda, known for his work as a military illustrator, has actually created numerous color illustrations of mecha and robots for anime works from the Showa era to the present day of the Heisei era.
This book is a color art collection featuring illustrations by Mr. Ueda, based on Sunrise anime works such as Gundam, Dougram, and Votoms, which are often overlooked.
During the heyday of Gunpla, works with a strong military theme were highly praised and discussed not only by some enthusiasts but also by people in the art world.
The illustrations, especially those intended for magazine publication, which are rarely seen by the public, are a must-see.
