This is a conversion kit to recreate the 1/4-ton 4x4 patrol car, commonly known as the "Jeep," used by the British Army's Special Airborne Service (SAS) to infiltrate enemy rear areas and launch surprise attacks on the African front during World War II.
It is universally compatible with kits from various manufacturers such as Tamiya, Takom, and Dragon.
This kit includes a wealth of additional equipment, such as 12.7mm M2 heavy machine guns and Vickers K machine guns mounted on various parts of the hull, ammunition boxes, jerrycans and cargo mounted on the hood and rear of the hull, four tires and two spare tires on the rear of the hull, a getaway board, and a condenser on the front of the hull.
