The CARBOTIX Evangelion Unit-01 design is not just a refinement.
The design was meticulously crafted, taking into account the functional aspects that would be necessary if the original Unit-01 actually existed. Through repeated trial and error, we achieved a design that balances the impression from the original work with the value of a high-quality action figure made of alloy.
With its intricate die-cast alloy parts and ratchet joint design, this figure boasts a weighty feel unique to alloy, exceptional range of motion, and stable, dynamic posing—attention to detail even in unseen areas. In particular, the articulation of each part incorporates a variety of interlocking mechanisms, recreating a range of motion close to that of a human, befitting an android.
