This paper kit is designed to resemble a small building with overlapping roofs.
Its somewhat nostalgic appearance blends naturally into railway model layouts and dioramas, as well as into fantasy worlds.
It can be used not only as a residence, but also as a bakery, general store, used bookstore, cafe, or art studio, allowing you to freely enjoy it in a way that suits the scenery of the city or the countryside.
We offer three types of exterior wall finishes: corrugated metal, plastered walls, and wood paneling.
Even with the same shape, the impression can change dramatically depending on the finish, so you can choose according to your preferred setting.

1/83 scale, intended for use with 1/80 to 1/87 scale models (Finished size: Width 46mm x Depth 48mm x Height 72mm)
Plastered walls and wood paneling are pre-colored, while corrugated metal roofing is unpainted.
Pre-cut transparent sheets for window glass are included.
The book also includes a modification column by diorama artist Araki, titled "[A Guide to Adding a Little Extra Work]".
