EXO-6, an emerging American manufacturer, has attracted the attention of fans by recreating Star Trek characters in a large 1/6 scale.
We've been adding more and more realistically recreated popular characters to our lineup, and this time we've modeled Captain Kirk, who appeared in episode 9 of the third season of [Star Trek: The Original Series], titled [The Tholian Web].
While searching for the missing USS Defiant, the USS Enterprise, led by Captain Kirk, discovered the Defiant already disappearing into another dimension.
The Enterprise crew, who were teleported to investigate the ship, discovered that the Defiant's crew had already been wiped out.
They hastily transfer the Defiant, whose very existence had become unstable, to the Enterprise, but Captain Kirk is left behind. Then a Thorian spaceship appears and the Enterprise is nearly caught in the Thorian ship's energy field net, but manages to escape.
This model is based on the character wearing the EV suit (spacesuit) when boarding the Defiant with the crew in that episode.
This EV suit (spacesuit) was designed by costume designer William Ware Thies, and made with the cooperation of Mike Minor.
Given the limited budget at the time, the EV suit (spacesuit) that appeared in this episode was one of the few costumes other than the school uniform, and it has been recreated.
In addition to realistically reproducing the texture of the original silver glitter fabric, the helmet is also detachable.
Life support hoses are also attached to the torso.
Of course, we will also realistically recreate the facial expressions of Captain Kirk, played by William Shatner.
Since it's an action figure, you can freely pose it using the articulation in the joints of its arms and legs.
In addition, multiple hand parts and accessory parts are included, allowing you to enjoy a variety of situations.
