In this game, six sword boys—[Mikazuki Munechika][Ookanehira][Shokudaikiri Mitsutada][Heshikiri Hasebe][Yamanbagiri Chogi][Unsei]—will act as instructors for the player, teaching them exercises.
Sometimes gentle, sometimes strict, we will provide solid support for your daily training, so even beginners can confidently engage in exercise.
Furthermore, by continuing to exercise, new conversations and everyday anecdotes will be unlocked, making your exercise life at Honmaru even more enjoyable.

- New element [Dual Sword Fist Dance] implemented!
As a first for the [Fit Boxing] series, it features the [Two-Sword Fist Dance] mode, where you can select two sword boys as your main and sub-instructors and exercise together.
The unique dialogue and fast-paced instruction from both swordsmen in Dual Sword Fist Dance offer a new gameplay experience unlike anything in the series.
