To the place where I belong

A new chapter in the popular God of War series begins.

The death of Kratos's wife, the warrior Laufey (Faye), was not merely an end, but the beginning of a new journey. After her death, Faye unexpectedly awoke in an unfamiliar land and learned that Kratos and Atreus were in danger.

To save his beloved family, Fei ventures into the "Land of Eternity," the afterlife of the gods. In the Land of Eternity, overflowing with dangerous magic, gods from various mythologies are fighting for power. No matter how powerful the enemy that appears, Fei, with his agility and skill, faces them without mercy.

[Faye's Story]
The protagonist is Laufey (Faye), Kratos's wife and Atreus's mother, a warrior. A warrior possessing both strength and an indomitable spirit, Faye once even crossed swords with the Aesir gods, who were renowned as the strongest. Awakening in the afterlife of the gods, Faye finds herself facing beings from a different mythological world than the Nine Realms.
Faye's story begins at the moment of her death, when Kratos and Atreus start their journey to scatter her ashes from the highest mountain in the world. Unexpectedly awakening in an unfamiliar land, Faye discovers that she is in the afterlife, the Land of Eternity. Realizing that the plan she devised to protect her beloved family is in danger, Faye is determined to return to them at all costs.

[Intense and fluid combat]
Having wielded legendary weapons before, Fei acquires a powerful new sword in the "Land of Eternity." With his masterful swordsmanship, Fei strings together attacks one after another, unleashing a relentless onslaught on his enemies.
Defeat your enemies with Jotun's magic, which has the power to separate soul from body. By attacking the very essence of your opponent, you can inflict massive damage, and by unleashing clever combos, you can dominate the battlefield.
Fight by moving freely between the ground and the air without stopping. Fei's swift movements create a terrifyingly fast-paced, relentless torrent of power.
This game's battle system, which fuses the intense, close-quarters combat characteristic of recent God of War titles with the mobility-focused combat of the Greek mythology trilogy, feels both fresh and somehow nostalgic to fans of the series.

[The afterlife of the gods]
Explore the afterlife of the gods, the Land of Eternity. This land is where all magic originates and returns, and where gods from various mythologies vie for supremacy in a place of strange beauty and unimaginable danger. To find a way back to his family, Fei must unravel the mysteries hidden within the Land of Eternity.

[Let's seize victory together]
During her journey, Faye meets two reliable allies, Lou and Frank.
Lu is a magical belt that protects Fei's sword. It bears the heavy responsibility of protecting this powerful sword from falling into the hands of evil. Because of this responsibility, Lu is overly cautious and takes a long time to trust people.
Meanwhile, Frank is a strong-willed "cube" with deep ties to the land of Tokoyo. When conflict spreads to the afterlife of the gods, Frank tries to protect the world and the magical beasts that inhabit it from further harm.
