[Regarding the display of lens magnification]
Even if a lens is labeled with a magnification of, for example, 2x, it doesn't mean that the object appears twice as large as it would appear to the naked eye.
If you're viewing an object with your naked eye from a distance of 50cm, it's possible that it could appear to be half that size, or 25cm, as if you were viewing it from half that distance.
Please note that the way objects appear through the lenses and the focal length will vary from person to person.
