About 30 years ago, a police drama called "Seibu-Keisatsu (Western Police) was broadcast in Japan. It was an incredibly flashy and hot-blooded drama, which is quite unusual for Japanese dramas.
The story is so simple, just the world of right and wrong, but it includes a lot of action scenes. It's just typical scenery that police shoot up guns and police cars get bullet-ridden. Sometimes the police cars explode and get blown away in the middle of the city. Actually, they explode everything: not only an enemy's fortress, but also an excursion boat and even an amusement park.
On the other hand, people at the "Seibu" police station are full of humanity and they value teamwork.
Hard-boiled, but sometimes comical... yes, it's like a world of "Manga".

Well, they are so unique that nobody would imagine that there are police officers in the car. In fact, they are so flashy that enemies can easily find the police. But, first of all, can they drive on the national roads in Japan?
