This is MO1033 from Tomii Dentetsu which is an imaginary railway company.
And the following item is the first product which is coloured like Tomii Dentetsu from the Railway Collection.

a very rare product today.
The first product includes two cars, and one is coloured like MO1031 and the other one is coloured like MO1032.

Seen close-up, you can find they are bit different.
For your information, I found a strange fact that
the image on the package of the first product from the Railway Collection is MO1033.
