Hi, this is KAPINOTUKA.
I went to Railway Model Exhibition 2009 held at GINZA-MATSUYA. Now I'm gonna give you a report about the exhibition.
This is one of KATO's layout complexes for N scale train models, and in the layout complex many models popular for children such as
Shinkansen, a limited express train
"Super View Odoriko",
"Narita Express", a long freight train, and so on, were running.
This is also one of KATO's layout complexes for HO scale model trains.
The freight cars in the picture are being towed by
EF210(TOMIX ?).
This is one of TOMIX's layout complexes. It is the recreation of a metropolitan area with a big train station.
This is also one of TOMIX's layout complexes. There are a station looks like one in a rural area and an overhead track for Shinkansen.
This is also one of TOMIX's layout complexes. Besides the main line (quadruple track), you can find a blanch line (double track) and
Keihin Tohoku Line running on it.
This is the layout displayed in MODEMO's booth.
Enoshima Railway New Type 500 is running.
In GREENMAX's booth, there was an event called "Let's try to shoot cool photoes of
Keikyu. We could easily take cool shots of KeiKyu running on a bit curved track in the banking diorama.

This was also in GREENMAX's booth. A good example of
Business Building (Office Building) was displayed. The diorama in the picture is titled "Meitetsu Bus Terminal." It is overwhelming, isn't it ?
In the exhibition, some new information about new products was released. I cannot tell you details but I only can tell you the high-profile colourful tram in Hokuriku area...blah blah blah...from KATO and the super cute tram near Route 246...blah blah blah...from MODEMO.
Actually prototypes of many other new products were exhibited. And, in addition, the information of limited products which will be sold at JAM CONVENTION held in August was released.
We will up the detailed report of this exhibision on our website. Just wait and enjoy it !
