Today's figure is one of someone who could be called
Railgun's thermos.
She is none other than
Kazari Uiharu!
She'll be coming from Alter next March!
The way she's holding down her fluttering skirt is so cute!
Her summer uniform and flower hairband make this one refreshing figure.
Like Ruiko Saten,
Mumei is the sculptor of this Alter Railgun figure.
Mumei also did the recent Tsumugi (K-ON!) figure from Alter too!
She's so girlishly cute! Her scarf and sleeves are fluttering gently in the wind as well.
I love it! It's a bit early, but I really feel the spring season from this figure!

Her long skirt (a rare sight these days) looks really tidy and pure, and the healthy legs showing from underneath are driving me wild!
Middle school girl legs... A stupendous sight!
Uiharu is already this delicious, but I'd like to point out
this very important detail!
Her pink camisole poking out from under her uniform top!
It brings back youthful middle school feelings!
Mumei is dirty, knowing how just barely flashing it like this will captivate my heart.
Leave it to Alter to have so much detail on a 1/8 scale figure.

Oh, you're just too cute! TOO cute, Uiharu! Argh!
Her trademark flower hairband-crown-thing is really pretty! Not too heavy, not too flat, but just right.
The Judgement armband pinned to her right sleeve is also just awesomely sculpted. This figure is just all-around amazing.
