Late response, but it's because I received notification of restocking
on this figure. Need to set this straight for you. Kantai Collection is
first and foremost the browser game by Kadokawa/DMM - NOT the
anime. Because the characters were created by a multitude of various
artists, not just by a single studio, the licensing makes it difficult
for the anime studio to capitalize this through merchandising. As such,
the items will always be based off of the original source.

The price is definitely because of size. That, and it's from Aquamarine. Everything of there's is $100+ lol (with good reason).
With that being said, this is the first Shiro figure I actually really like, so I might place a pre-order!
Just depends because I already put down for 6 other pre-orders from shows/games I love lol. No Game No Life was a fun show, but I didn't like it that much haha~

Finally, I personally like this figure as it depicts her seductive side very well, letting it all show. While holding her powerful weapon by her side, small details like the lip gloss to match her hair and foxhound patch logo are awesome! I hope for us who didn't think twice and reserved this figure, that Bishoujo releases the other Metal Gear girls.

entertaining read. This figure is really nice, but Kotobukiya is more for
proper displaying while this one is more for fun (e.g., you wouldn't want
to display this at work or risk getting written up by HR)

seems a bit overdone with the pose and her breasts only exaggerate
the effect to a degree of comic absurdity.

A nice figure, a unique pose ... but what ruined it for me was the way
that ribbon cuts into and under the breasts. If you look at it from any
angle, it looks sloppy. I'm attaching the HS image to show how the
left breast is misshapened from this. The right is also horrible if you
view it from the bottom looking up. While it's only her breast, it's
rather a significant part of her.

I really like this version of Ignis! I have the Max Factory one and at the time I thought it was a very well done sculpt. Being that was done almost 10 years ago, technology has improved and this one is worth picking up, IMHO. The face is nice too, IMO! :3

Probably the only figures worth getting from Lechery / Kaitendo is from the Kyonyu Fantasy. This one differs from their previous versions in size. Looks pretty good but a bit pricey - will probably hit the bargain bin.

Fantastic build quality and facial. Loved the pose loved the eyes loved everything. Except for the installation of wings is absolutely pain in the ass (you gotta insert those pieces with little tabs into the hair branches), but when finished, it's simply rewarding.
