You guys realize that pretty much every figure connected to One Piece sells out instantly on every big distribution site. Megahouse being the best of the best kill the servers on each one due to the crazy high demand, and I would say that they are doing there best to meet the demand. I don't buy into this whole sell less to hype the figures conspiracy. They obviously want to sell as many as they can from the get go, but there's only so many they can make. Hence re-releases.

Do any of you guys realize how popular One Piece is in Japan?
It'd probably out-sell most of Alter / GSC figures. The scale of demand is completely different so you can't compare them. Can't blame the manufacturers on this.

Besides, Megahouse re-releases figures all the time so stop all the fretting, she'll be out again later on and you'll have another chance then.

Actually, Megahouse's mother company is Bandai. Besides, Alter and GSC's figures don't sell out in less than 30 secs. I know some GSC nendo figures can sell out fast, but not in a minute. It's just Megahouse always has this kind of stupid shortage. Their Queen's Blade figures are another good example of this nonsense since I collected QB figures myself. Maybe this is Megahouse's evil marketing tactics to make collectors fight for their company's figures!

People, this isn't America or any similar country. In Japan, their marketing system is totally different. This means products are available for a limited time only on a regular basis. You will have to get used to it. Whining won't help your cause.

Been waiting for this one but...Yes,I'm very disappoint about the sites server going down too because of this.As I have mentioned before,Bandai/Megahouse tend to cater to the Japanese market first before us gaijins.(stock just engough for them) They will only realize that the market is bigger when someone inbetween(Like Funimation) tells them otherwise...

Damn!!! I didn't sleep to get this reservation (im from mexico and the reservations are at
4am) and hobby searchs server went down. I'm so pissed off, this isn't fair, you should improve your servers capacity or at least you could try to convince Megahouse to make more POPs. Now I must buy it in ebay at high prices :(

Have no idea why Megahouse refuse to produce more of the POP figures. They are
high in demand and just a PITA to preorder. Really frustrated!

I know how you feel Dmatrix, I managed to get one & I even had an error when I went to complete the reservation I had to do it again then it closed.

What a joke of a release, I couldn't even connect to the site period and now shes gone.
