――The Kumoya 90 is a vehicle that was active as a commercial vehicle in various train wards during the JNR era.
--In 1966, it was remodeled from the Moha 72 of the commuter type 73 series of the old national train, for shunting towing such as division and merging in the train ward, for forwarding the entrance car to the factory, for test run. It is a DC commercial vehicle that was used as a control vehicle, and because of its role, it can be connected to various old and new trains, and was called a tow vehicle.

-It is also ideal for reproducing the forwarding operation in combination with the [10-1743A / 1744A 103 series (Sky Blue)] [10-1743C / 1744C 103 series (Uguisu)] scheduled to be released at the same time.

--From the 2022 remanufactured product, a body mount close-coupled coupler (without hook) is attached, and it will be possible to connect with a wide variety of vehicle models.
