This figure's underboob seems to be better than Plum's. Though, it might just be good photography. I need a physical replica to compare with the Plum one to be certain.

I don't know the character, but I think the pose and paint job is better. For instance, the use of dull paint for the hosiery is a better look.

While the base is better, Plum's figure is way, way better. It was so
highly sought after that the developers at D3 Publisher, creators of
God Eater, hoarded a few to give away as premium rewards for
various contests in Japan.
