-During the Second World War, the British Army already had excellent Daimler reconnaissance vehicles, but the demand for reconnaissance vehicles could not be met by Daimler alone. I consulted to enter.
-Therefore, the Roots group's design team has developed a scout car of the same class that uses the suspension and power unit of a large four-wheel drive general-purpose vehicle manufactured by Humber, a subsidiary of the group.
-Armed was equipped with one 7.7mm Bren light machine gun that could be operated from the inside of the vehicle with a device similar to a bicycle handle on the top of the passenger compartment.
-Humber reconnaissance vehicles were deployed from 1942, and over 14,000 were produced until 1945.
-Many vehicles were exported to European countries after the war, and some countries used until around 1960.
