-This is the Oya 31 type building limit measurement vehicle, also known as the Oiran car.
-Of the group of Oya 31 type 11 to 13 cars, No. 13 which was mainly active in eastern Japan was remodeled from Suha 32 451 at Nagano Factory in 1961 and was discontinued in 2010.
-The characteristic arrow blade is a method (fixed type) that replaces the unfolded and folded times.
