Product Description

--Japan's first eight locomotives manufactured in 1924 as a collaboration between English Electric and North British Locomotive Company in the United Kingdom for the opening of electrification between Tokyo and Kokufutsu on the Tokaido Main Line approaching 1925 (Taisho 14). It is an F type electric locomotive.
――This time, the prototype is the one whose model number was changed to EF50 type in 1928.
--The differences from the initial 8000 type are (1) new installation of on-roof runboard, (2) addition of cab drainer, (3) removal of buffer, (4) shape change of trolley axle box, (5) front It will be a replacement for the LP42 of the lighting.
-A large EE type pantograph is attached.
