――Tokyu Corporation 9000 series is Tokyu Corporation's first vehicle that adopted VVVF control, and 14 8-car trains were introduced on the Toyoko Line and 1 5-car train was introduced on the Oimachi Line.
――The car body is a standard gabled 20m car of Tokyu Corporation, but it is characterized by an offset emergency gangway on the front in anticipation of future subway entry.
--The vehicles for the Toyoko Line began to be replaced by the 5050 series in 2009, and by 2013 all vehicles had been reorganized and the coloring was changed, and they were transferred to the Oimachi Line.
