Not up to scale. Small height. Need to be at least 26 cm to be considered 1/7 .

1/7 scale is proportion to the subject's size, so this 1/7th figure with height 22cm just makes her 154cm tall school girl at life size.

It is a fictional character in a fictional world. Look at the other proportions. No highschool person looks like that. We can not define what is correct in a fictional world.

Sure the opinion on the height may be on the tall side, but just looking at other manufacturers sizes and comparing the numbers to this, it is a bit small. Some manufactuers make figures too small and some make them too large. None of them are scaling them correctly.
