Product Description

- Bargain product with detail up parts! All-in-one kit without the hassle of searching
- A set product that comes with special detail up parts that improve the quality of the cockpit and undercarriage from the beginning!
- It's a bargain all-in-one kit that you don't have to worry about searching for more parts at a cheaper price than buying them individually!

[About the actual machine]
- The Saab AJ37 Viggen was developed independently by Sweden and operated from 1971 to 2005.
- Started development in 1961 as a successor to the Draken.
- After successful first flight in 1967, deployment and operation began in 1971.
-The fuselage shape is equipped with canards on the left and right sides of the cockpit, and the main wing adopts a delta wing. The engine is equipped with one Pratt & Whitney JT8D-22.
- While demonstrating a maximum speed of Mach 2.1, it boasted STOL performance that allowed takeoff and landing on short runways.
- In addition to being equipped with a 30mm Oerlikon KCA cannon as a fixed armament, it was possible to operate RB71 Skyflash short-range air-to-air missiles.
- Recorded over 300 total production aircraft. In 2000, the 2nd and 3rd squadrons of the 16th Air Wing were closed and a commemorative painting machine was produced as they were reorganized into one squadron.
- Painted in solid blue, the color of the 2nd Squadron, the Bigen was unveiled at the 2001 Uppsala Air Show to mark the Air Force's 75th anniversary.
- It gained popularity under the nickname of Blue Peter.

[About the model]
- The model is a plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the Saab Viggen, which was active as a Swedish fighter, in 1/48 scale.
- Platts produced Japanese instructions and packages for Italeri parts.
-In addition to the unique fuselage shape of the delta wing equipped with canards, the panel lines and other details are reproduced in detail.
-This model reproduces the markings of the special painted machine commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Swedish Air Force, nicknamed Blue Peter, with a cult graph decal.
- In addition, a masking sheet for painting the canopy frame is also included, making painting easy and reliable.
-The finished total length is 34.2cm, and of course it expresses the unique style equipped with canards.
- Not only the shape of the aircraft, but also the panel lines, etc., and the detailed expression of the legs, the details in the leg storage space, and the cockpit, etc., are easy to assemble.
