Product Description

-- A must-have general-purpose part for ship modelers! Model Art Original Etchings Vol. 2

- This product is the second in a series of 1:700 Imperial Japanese Navy vessel photo-etched parts general-purpose window frame sets, intended to be useful for enhancing the precision of the bridge area.
- This time, we have window frames with heights of 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, and 1.4mm. For heights of 1.0mm and 0.7mm, please purchase the first edition (MDF-144).

- We have three types of horizontal spacing for the window frames: 0.8mm, 0.9mm, and 1.0mm. For bridges with angular plan shapes, it is common for the vertical window frames to hang over the corners.
- You can eliminate any awkwardness by selecting parts with similar horizontal spacing for the front, diagonally forward, and sides of the bridge, and pasting them on separately.
- We have prepared a size check gauge that allows you to easily measure the size of the bridge of your plastic model. This is also compatible with the first release.
- If the size does not fit, adjust the plastic model so that the height fits.
- Window frame etching parts for the bridge of the Takao-class heavy cruiser [Chokai] are also included. Please check that they match your kit before using.
- This part is folded for use. To make it easier to fold in place, a concave mold is engraved on the back of the part.
- Please refer to the arrows engraved on the bottom of the part to indicate where to fold it.

- Please use instant adhesive or epoxy adhesive to attach the parts.
