Product Description
- Recreate tense moments on the front lines with realistically detailed Gen2 figures
- This is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit that recreates four German WWII soldiers in a tense battle scene on the Eastern Front in 1944.
- As World War II progressed, the German army was forced into a tough defensive battle against the advancing Allied forces.
- In the midst of all this, they continued to fight bravely, ambushing enemy tanks and engaging in close combat with anti-tank mines and Panzerfausts.
- The model recreates a tense scene on the Eastern Front where German panzergrenadiers wait for the right moment to ambush advancing Soviet tanks.
- The prototype was created by Yoshitaka Hirano, who is well known among military modelers. The tension of the soldiers hiding in the shadows is clearly conveyed.
- The model is a Gen2 type kit that has been well received by model fans, with increased realism achieved by dividing the wrists, ankles, and face into front and back halves, and reproducing the depth of the cuffs and the pattern on the soles of the shoes.
- Each of the four figures comes with a different style, including a camouflage smock, a camouflage parka, or regular military uniform with camouflage pants.
- The bottom of the jacket is also a separate part, giving it a three-dimensional finish. In addition, photo-etched parts such as a belt and straps are also included to enhance the realism.
- The head is recreated with a helmet, a uniform cap, and one with bandages wrapped around the head. The variety of options is appealing.
- The Gen2 type's weapons are of course sharply detailed, and include the Gew43 and StG44 assault rifles, as well as a Panzerfaust and a TMi-43 anti-tank mine.
- In addition, equipment such as gas mask cases, water bottles, bags and pouches, as well as the Panzerfaust's special wooden case are also modeled.
- This set features realistic figures and a wide range of accessories making it versatile.
