--The new pink 227 series has begun operating over a wide area in the Okayama region, including the Sanyo Main Line between Mihara and Himeji, and the Hakubi Line between Kurashiki and Niimi!

[Product Introduction]
- The 227 series 500 series (Urara) began operation in July 2023 as a successor to the JNR-type electric trains that had been in service in the Okayama area until then.
- The exterior design is based on the concept of "Colors of Abundance," which symbolizes fertility and gentleness, and is an image that expresses the rich and mild climate and culture of Okayama and Bingo. The symbolic color is pink, which is symbolic of the areas along the line, such as the peaches of Okayama, the roses of Fukuyama, and the cherry blossoms of Onomichi.
- They are active in a wide range of areas, not only on the Sanyo Main Line but also on the Seto Ohashi Line, Uno Minato Line, Hakubi Line, and other lines.
- A new generation of commuter and suburban trains active in the Okayama area is now available in N gauge.
- By combining the 3-car set and the 2-car set, you can recreate a 7-car formation just like the actual train.

[Product Features]
- The L17 train (3-car set) and R12 train (2-car set) manufactured by Kawasaki Heavy Industries and belonging to the Okayama Electric Railway Branch of the Shimonoseki General Rolling Stock Works are now available
- Beautifully reproduced pink exterior and gradient stripes
- Reproduce the roof of the leading car without a signal flare
- The lightning arrester reproduces the shape seen in recent years. Also, the electric compressor, which has a different shape from the conventional 227 series, is reproduced.
- The 3-car set is equipped with a platform status confirmation camera, while the 2-car set is not equipped with a platform status confirmation camera.
- Fall prevention guardrails are reproduced as separate parts. Two types are available: one for the leading car that emphasizes appearance, and one for when coupled.
- Slotless motor for smoother and quieter running
- The 3-car set has traction tires, the 2-car set does not have traction tires. The 2-car set has a demagnetizing plate installed.
- Head/tail lights are on (with switch to turn them off). Headlights are white LEDs, fog lights are orange.
- All couplings are body-mounted close-coupled (without hooks). Includes electric coupler (2 stages) that can be attached to the coupler at the front of the leading car.
- Destination display installed on the front. Comes with two printed versions and a blank version for replacement.
- DCC friendly
- Due to the parts used, the seating arrangement may differ slightly from the actual vehicle.
