[Product Introduction]
- The WaF 29500 is a covered brake van, of which a total of 650 were manufactured between 1955 and 1961.
- Based on the track record of previous covered brake vans, the cargo compartment was designed to have a load capacity of 5 tonnes and a floor area of 15.05 m2, while the conductor's compartment had a floor area of 6.73 m2. The design also took into consideration the conductor's working environment, with a stove and a bench for resting, and a deck for easy boarding and disembarking.
- In addition to main line class freight trains hauled by D51s, it was used for a wide range of purposes, including short freight trains seen on local lines operated by C56s and other locomotives.

- A covered brake van makes its first appearance in KATO's HO gauge JNR freight car lineup.
- Enjoy it together with the 1-203 (HO) D51 Standard Production Model, scheduled for release in March 2025, and various freight cars.

- Commercialized in the form seen around 1955-1965
- Some handrails are attached separately to express detailed and accurate shapes.
- Reproduce the details around the cart with a three-dimensional feel
- Choose from two types of roof chimneys: normal or raised
- Spoke wheels are used
- Vehicle numbers, affiliation notations, and inspection notations can be selected using realistic lettering sheets
