[Aircraft explanation]
One of the armor types used by the Liberty Alliance, the Rose, is designed to be worn by women, and is classified as a light armor type compared to the standard Pawn A1. To make it easier for female soldiers, who are naturally weaker than male soldiers in terms of muscle strength, the Rose is a simplified version of the Pawn A1 and uses a revised armor material to make it significantly lighter, and this concept is even reflected in the lightweight blade and gun knife portable firearms.
Additionally, as a unique function, it has a small Deception Repeater on its head, which can temporarily disrupt detection by electromagnetic radar of Para-Pawns and enemy Hexa Gear.
Its overwhelming light weight makes it a good match for the small, highly maneuverable Hexa Gear, and it is often used by special forces that take advantage of its stealth capabilities to infiltrate enemy territory alone or in small groups, or for sabotage missions.

Light Armor Type: Rose Improved

A distinctive feature of this model is that it uses a special coating on the armor that was previously used experimentally on the 2.5 generation Hexa Gear [Bulkarm Grantz `Red Alert`], which has succeeded in improving defensive power without sacrificing lightness. Combined with the additional equipment of the now-standard Combat Helmet, it improves the survivability of the Governor.
The newly developed combat helm naturally has the functions of the [Visor (Deception Repeater)] that was standard equipment on the early model, so it can be said to be a superior model to the Visor. In addition to allowing Governors to operate in contaminated areas where the Visor type was life-threatening, this greatly improves the overall performance of the equipment, but there are also Governors who choose to wear the early type depending on the nature of the mission and the wearer's preferences.

- Governor Light Armor Type: Rose, released early in the series, is being re-released as Ver. 1.5 with a changed head shape and molding material.
- Change 1
The head design has been changed to a more realistic design (based on Early Governor Vol. 3) than the previous version. Newly sculpted with or without head equipment, and includes a fully enclosed combat helmet.
You can enjoy a total of four different head designs.

The head and upper body armor, which were previously made of PVC, have been changed to PS material, making them easier to paint and modify. (The wrists are still made of PVC.)

The weapon holders have been modified to make it easier to mount weapons from other Governors.

Due to the change in material, some of the part designs have been changed, and new molds have been used.
- The armor on the collar has been redesigned to be more open than the previous version so as not to restrict the range of motion of the neck.
・The shape of the [Lightweight Blade] and [Gun Knife] has been revised to match the newly designed weapon holder. *There is no change in the shape of the type where the weapon is integrated into the wrist.
- Despite its small size of just 74mm in height, 26 points throughout the body are movable.
- The backpack on the back is equipped with a connector that can be used to attach the [Hexagram System], allowing you to attach various parts to it.
