[About the actual car]
In 1946, during the post-war reconstruction period, passenger demand was growing rapidly, but railway facilities and rolling stock had suffered extensive damage from the war.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Transport began manufacturing 'war damaged passenger cars' the year after the end of the war, using usable parts from passenger cars and trains that had been destroyed in the war.
This was named the 70 series passenger car.
The main focus was on mass production, so many passenger cars were manufactured using simple facilities.
This kit is a set of four 17m-class war-damaged restored passenger cars, the Oha 70, and a set of four 20m-class war-damaged restored passenger cars, the Oha 71.
The Oha 70 set includes three types of drawing-type passenger cars, and the Oha 71 set includes three types: drawing-type/Oha 71-500, a SuHa 32 type car in relatively good condition/Oha 71-500, an Oha 35 type car in relatively good condition.
You can have fun forming trains with wooden passenger cars such as Naha 22000, and old pre-war passenger cars such as Suha 32 and Oha 35.

[About the model]
This is a paper kit mainly composed of laser-cut hard paper components.
Assembly requires some experience.
Some of the parts are 3D printed.
