This is a 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the American masterpiece piston-engine fighter, the P-51D Mustang.

[About the actual machine]
One of the great fighter planes of World War II was the American P-51 Mustang.
The first flight was on October 26th. The Allison engine that was originally installed did not show amazing performance, but when the British Rolls-Royce Supermarine engine was installed, its performance was instantly blossomed.
With its long range and speed of over 700 km/h, it was used to escort bombers in Europe and against the Japanese military in the Pacific Theater.
Many types were developed, but the most widely produced was the D type.
It was fitted with a water drop type windshield to improve visibility, and the number of 12.7mm machine guns mounted in the wings was increased to six, making it the definitive, well-balanced version of the P-51.
Many ace pilots were born from the pilots who flew on board.

This is a 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit with a finished length of 140mm that reproduces the US military's P-51 Mustang, a masterpiece fighter plane of World War II.
The model reproduces the D type, which is said to be the most balanced type.
This kit realistically reproduces the sharp style equipped with a bubble canopy in the convenient size unique to 1/72 scale.
The cockpit, which can be seen through the teardrop-shaped canopy, is faithfully reproduced, including the seats and instrument panel, creating an atmospheric finish.
In addition, the panel lines on the wings are realistically expressed, just like on the fuselage, and the details of the landing gear and passenger storage compartments are also realistic.
You can easily recreate the appearance of this masterpiece aircraft.
The decals were selected from the aircraft flown by ace pilots known as Mustang Aces.
