[About the actual car]
The Bedford QL medium truck was a military truck used by the British Army during World War II.
Development began in the late 1930s, testing was completed in 1940, and deployment to units began in 1941.
It is a cab-over truck with a loading capacity of 3 tons and is four-wheel drive.
The engine is a 3.5-liter in-line 6-cylinder gasoline engine that produces 72 horsepower.
During the war, in addition to being used to transport various supplies, it was also widely used to tow and transport 6-pounder anti-tank guns and 40mm Bofors anti-aircraft guns.
Various variations were also created, including a cargo truck type and a troop transport type.
Between 1941 and 1945, over 50,000 vehicles of all types were produced.

This is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the Bedford QL medium truck, a military truck deployed and used by the British Army during World War II.
The model is a full detail kit that reproduces everything from the engine to the frame and suspension.
The finished overall length is 171mm, recreating the distinctive cab-over style body with a straight line motif.
The chassis accurately models the leaf springs and four-wheel drive system. I'm looking forward to seeing the mechanical finish.
The driver's seat is also recreated in detail with levers and pedals, and the windshield can be assembled either upright or reclined.
The cargo bed has detailed floors, the bones supporting the roof canopy, and the side panels.
