This special edition commemorates the 80th anniversary of the end of the war and includes two postcards featuring illustrations from the film "In This Corner (and Other Corners) of the World."

Models depict Suzu's daily life during wartime, as well as the Kure Naval Base and warships that appear in the film "In This Corner (and Other Corners) of the World."
The packaging features the iconic scene from the film, "Yamato Returning to Port." This special edition includes ships that appear in the film, including Yamato and Musashi, as well as the aircraft carrier Unryu and battleship Haruna, and also comes with a special postcard!
The 1/3000 scale series makes it easy to create scenes and naval vessels that fit on an A4 size sheet and collect them easily.

The product consists of a scene of the Kure Naval Port and the naval vessels that appeared in the film.

[Kure Naval Port]
- The Kure Naval Port scenery recreates the area including Docks 3, 4, and Shipbuilding (Yamato Construction) on the north side of the Kure Arsenal.
- The recreated scene includes the area around the privacy wall of the factory where Harumi dies from an unexploded bomb in the film, allowing you to see its location and proximity.
- The roof of the Yamato construction dock and the gantry crane are reproduced using separate parts.

[Naval vessels]
Includes naval vessels that appear in the film (Yamato, Haruna, Ryuho, Aoba, and Unryu).
- Yamato: Depicted as it entered Kure port in April 1944 and off the coast of Tokuyama before setting out for Okinawa in April 1945.
-Haruna and Ryuho: Appear in a scene from the Kure air raid in March 1945, being bombarded and hit, and bursting into flames.
・Aoba and Unryu: The Aoba returns to Kure from Manila and enters the port, while the Unryu appears moored in the background.

The ship parts are snap-fit and not glued together. The parts are molded in either naval or camouflage light green.
The camouflage paint schemes for Ryuho, Unryu, and Amagi are included in the decals, making them easy to recreate.

The box art features a scene from the movie of the battleship Yamato entering the Kure naval port. This is a package that is also noteworthy as a collector's item.
The assembly instructions are special instructions that include information about the movie.
Two special postcards featuring illustrations from the film are included.
