The third project to commemorate the 110th anniversary of Jotetsu's founding!

Jotetsu Co., Ltd. is a Tokyu Group company headquartered in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
There are various bus services running between Sapporo Station and Jozankei and Hoheikyo, such as the Kappa Liner, a commuter liner to Minamisawa, and a riverside outing bus.
The Jozankei Railway once operated a railway line from eastern Sapporo to Jozankei.
In December 2025, Jozankei Railway will celebrate its 110th anniversary.
The third product to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the company's founding will be the Kappa Liner, a flagship railway line that runs from central Sapporo to Jozankei Onsen.
