[About the actual car]
The third-generation Fiat 500 was released in 2007 as the successor to the Nuova Cinquecento (500), a popular compact car produced by Fiat from 1957 to 1975 as a means of transportation for the Italian masses.
The body was designed based on the Nuova Cinquecento motif, and the engine was mounted in the front, with front-wheel drive.
It gained immense popularity upon its release, and the following year in 2008, the Fiat 500 Abarth was added to the lineup as a high-performance version.
The engine is a 1.4-liter, 16-valve inline 4-cylinder engine equipped with a turbocharger.
