Product Description

Aoshima's full hull series has been renewed!

The equipment parts have been newly researched and designed.
By incorporating numerous sliding mechanisms into the mold, the precision of the 1/700 scale has been accurately reproduced.
We are pleased to present the 1/700 scale ship (full hull model) series, which has been reborn with even greater precision.

[Mold added]
The second Fuso-class battleship, the Yamashiro, characterized by its unique large bridge, was completed in 1917 during World War I and participated in the Pacific War after undergoing several modernizations.
In the Battle of Leyte Gulf in 1944, she entered the Surigao Strait as part of the Nishimura fleet. She engaged in combat with the US fleet along with the Fuso, and was sunk.
This kit accurately recreates the appearance of the ship in the latter stages of the Pacific War, with a significant addition of anti-aircraft guns, thanks to its limited parts configuration, making it simple and easy to assemble.
Newly designed equipment has been added, including numerous anti-aircraft machine guns, anti-aircraft guns, and aircraft catapults.
