This is a 1/72 scale plastic model of the VF-1S Battroid Valkyrie, piloted by the main character Hikaru Ichijo in the later stages of the TV anime The Super Dimension Fortress Macross, with the Super Pack attached.
The VF-1 Valkyrie, nicknamed the "Super Valkyrie," was equipped with propellant tanks and missile pod boosters, and in episode 27, "Love Flows," it transformed from Fighter mode to Battroid mode with these additional packs still attached, making a big impact on viewers.
The powerful proportions, which respect the image from the design drawings and the anime, are realized by eliminating transformation and making it a battroid only. Each part is molded in nine colors, and just assembling it and applying water slide decals will give it a realistic finish. You can also paint the details to make it look even closer to the one in the movie.

- Polycaps are used for each joint, allowing for smooth posing.
- The micro missile pods on the arms are newly sculpted based on the shape seen in the TV version.
- Six reaction munitions are included as under-wing armaments.
