Product Description
We are pleased to announce the completely new 1/48 scale Avia BH-33 biplane fighter from Sabre Kitz of the Czech Republic.
The BH-33 was designed and manufactured by Avia in Czechoslovakia and made its first flight in 1927.
The early BH-33, with its flat-sided wooden fuselage, was purchased in small numbers by the Czechoslovak and Belgian armies, but approximately 50 were manufactured under license in Poland as the PWS-A.
The improved BH-33E, with its fabric-covered steel pipe fuselage, was mostly manufactured as an export model or as the BH-33E-SHS, which was license-produced in Yugoslavia.
It comes with 3D-printed engine parts and four types of decals.
When completed, it will be approximately 150mm in length and 185mm in width.
- Reproduces the later model with a cloth-covered fuselage.
Includes decals for Spain x 2, Czechoslovakia, and Belgium x 1 each.
