Product Description

From the late 1930s, due to political instability on the Chinese mainland, the British government established the Hong Kong Defense Volunteer Corps (HKVDC) and assigned it the responsibility of maintaining security in Hong Kong and its surrounding areas.
The vehicle used for this purpose was a Bedford commercial truck, which was in civilian use at the time.
The vehicle is equipped with a Vickers and a Bren machine gun.
It is equipped with square armor and a circular rotating gun turret.
It played a vital role as one of the important armored vehicles in the 1941 battle against the Japanese army in Hong Kong.
The production run was around 10 to 20 units.
