Product Description

A 1/48 scale replica of the Marine Corps Cobra.

[About the actual device]
The American AH-1 Cobra attack helicopter began operation in 1967.
The AH-1J was developed based on that aircraft to meet the needs of the Marine Corps, and the AH-1T SeaCobra appeared in 1977 as an improved version of it.
The first prototype made its maiden flight in 1976.
In addition to a triple 20mm turret mounted on the nose, the aircraft's side hardpoints can accommodate various air-to-ground and ground support weapons, such as TOW anti-tank rocket launchers and 70mm 19 rocket launchers.
After being deployed in combat during the 1983 invasion of Grenada, it also participated in Operation Desert Shield in 1990 and Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
They proved their effectiveness in close combat support and suppressing enemy fire, working alongside Marine Corps ground forces.

[About the model]
This is a 1/48 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the AH-1T SeaCobra attack helicopter operated by the U.S. Marine Corps.
The finished model boasts a slim tandem cockpit with a total length of 339mm, and the twin-blade design, as well as its intricate details, have been realistically reproduced.
- The panel lines are also reproduced in detail, just like the actual aircraft.
- The Gatling gun is accurately reproduced under the nose of the aircraft.
- You can enjoy the ability to move it from side to side even after it's completed.
The tail rotor and the two-blade rotor can still rotate after assembly.
Furthermore, the tandem cockpit's interior has also been modeled in detail.
You can also compare the differences in equipment between the front and rear seats.
- Equipment such as TOW anti-tank rocket launchers that can be attached to hardpoints are also available.
