Product Description
Planned and produced by up-and-coming manufacturer MJZ STUDIO, the plastic model kit based on "Xiaoyaozi" from the Chinese wuxia novel "Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils" is now available as the Wonder Festival 2026 Shanghai venue-exclusive version, "Xiaoyaozi Liangyi"!
Based on the original Xiaoyaozi, this version adds black and white armor inspired by the concept of Yin and Yang. Nine newly included runners of pre-painted black and white armor parts allow you to enjoy not only a single-color finish, but also various combinations unique to the "Liangyi" concept. Combined with gold accents, the design achieves both a mystical, immortal-like atmosphere and a heavy mechanical presence.
In addition to the distinctive conical hat-style head featuring a Taiji motif, the model adopts a pre-assembled alloy and POM frame. It can also be converted from the standard form into a four-arm form, allowing a wide range of poses from stable standing poses to powerful action poses.
Furthermore, the "Taiyi Mechanism Gourd" can be deployed and transformed into a sword case. The four swords of "Heaven, Earth, Man, and God" can be combined to form "Dao," while the four swords of "Wind, Rain, Thunder, and Lightning" can be arranged around the body to recreate a sword-controlling style. A lotus-inspired display base with two configurations and a Chinese-style folding-screen background board are also included, allowing you to fully recreate the unique world of Xiaoyaozi.
Enjoy the new appearance of "Xiaoyaozi Liangyi" created through the interplay of Yin and Yang in black and white!
