It’s December now. I’ve been feeling the winter coming and looking for snow but …
there is no sigh in this Kanto area. It looks I need to be more patient.(´・ω・｀)
But I love watching snowflakes falling down from the sky.
Well, I’m so frustrated I must confess… How do I deal with it?
Hey, making snow dorm sounds great!
So, let’s try to make a snow dorm!(´∀｀)
Here is a materials.
【Materials】
●A bottle with cap
●Liquid stitch (or washing stitches)
●Nail art glitter
●Figures
●Water
【For scratch build figure】
●
Mr.clay or
Oyumaru
●Varnish (water proof varnish would be better))
●
Sandpaper
●Acrylic paints
●Bond
I found a perfect sphere bottle at certain 100 yen shop!(ﾟ∀ﾟ )
Regardless the figure inside, you can make it all in only 300 yen or so!(・∀・)ﾉ
Any kinds of water proof figures can be used!
I choose Kaonashi finger figure.
But he looks little cold… so along with piled snow, I’m going to make a muffler and knit watch for him!
I recommend you to use Oyumaru, a water proof clay,for making snow dorm figure
because it may come apart with normal clay if you put in the water for long time.
I painted with Turner’s Acryl paint as usual.
It should be overlay varnished not to be dissolved in water.(・∀・)ﾉ
He’s glittering!
Making water while the vanish drying.
Put water and liquid stich in 7:3 ratio and stir nice and easy.
Looking good! It’s like Mizuame candy!
Put glitters in the water after mixing up.
It’s only 100 yen for 3 sets!
I’m going to use star shaped one for this time.
More liquid stich, slower falling of glitters.
You should test it before putting a figure!
It’s just like this.
Put Kanoshi figure in the water after testing and modification!
Shutting a cap tightly.
You can stich a figure with superglue if it won’t be reused.
Turn it around and….done! (∩´∀｀)∩
It could be look better with decorations such as present box and holly olives♪
Shake it like mixing the glitters, then….
