Not sure who is mass manufacturing this. It could be that Flare is handing over the plan and details to Square Enix. Square Enix will then use those plans and details in their factory to make the final product. Which if true, then it would not look that good. Even if it did look good it still too high price.

This is very nice, but expensive. The difficult part to paint is the head and some small pieces. That's it. Mostly paying to get large plastic. Add something like shoes, and something else. A price point of 17000 would have been better. This would have been a good alternative to FREEING.

This looks nice, but not at that price. Considering this is Square Enix, the quality probably lower than the images. Alter is already over pricing and thier quality is high. However Square Enix is not known to have quality figures. This figure also is just a standard looking figure, nothing that is terrific, so there is no need to price it so high.

Sure the opinion on the height may be on the tall side, but just looking at other manufacturers sizes and comparing the numbers to this, it is a bit small. Some manufactuers make figures too small and some make them too large. None of them are scaling them correctly.

Haru, I just received mine as well and I agree with everything you said. I'd also like to add that the hair is more of a somewhat clear/white matte than glossy silver/white hair as shown. I can see it yellowing to some degree as time goes on. Also, the base doesn't look as good as it does in the preproduction pics, which is more of a basic flat matte black disc than the glossy beveled edge version shown. Regardless, she was worth the wait. Let's hope they offer a Liliana to match with Annette.

I just received this, finally. I will say, she is far less glossy than what the pictures originally show. She's about as glossy/matte as she looks on the package art. To some, that might be a plus to have a more natural skin texture, but personally, I really love the exaggerated oily skin look, so I'm a little sad that the figure was somewhat inaccurately represented when I first preordered 2-3 years ago. The figure itself is lovely though, and I'm just glad it came out.
